Welcome to Fysis. By using the app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they're written in plain language on purpose.
1. Who we are
Fysis is a service operated from Mexico. Site: fysis.app. Contact: hello@fysis.app.
2. What Fysis offers
Fysis is a mobile application for AI-assisted personal coaching. Main features include:
- Logging workouts, meals, and physical metrics by voice or text.
- Generation of personalized training plans.
- Load calculation, recovery scoring, and derived metrics.
- AI-generated weekly insights.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU) to use Fysis.
- The information you provide must be truthful and kept up to date.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- Each account is for personal use. Don't share or commercialize it.
4. Subscription and trial
4.1 Free trial
When you create your account you get a 5-day free trial with full access to Fysis PRO. No card required to start. At the end, the app continues with limited access unless you activate a subscription.
4.2 PRO subscription
- Monthly: USD 9.99 per month (or local equivalent shown in the app).
- Yearly: USD 79.99 per year (save approx. 33% vs. monthly).
- Subscriptions are billed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before expiration.
- You can cancel anytime from your Apple ID / Google account settings.
4.3 Price changes
We may modify prices for new subscription periods. If your price changes, we'll notify you in the app at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from (Apple App Store or Google Play), not directly by us. You can request them via reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or from your Google Play account.
5. Acceptable use
By using Fysis you agree NOT to:
- Use the app for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
- Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized for.
- Reverse-engineer the app, scrape the service, or run unauthorized automation.
- Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. In serious cases we may cooperate with authorities.
6. Health disclaimer — IMPORTANT
Fysis is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Recommendations for training, recovery, nutrition, and insights are guidance only. Before starting or modifying your exercise routine, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or are over 65, consult a healthcare professional.
Use of Fysis is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, health problems, or other damages arising from following the app's recommendations.
7. Intellectual property
- The Fysis name, logo, brand, editorial content, app design, and generated training plans are our property.
- We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app while your account remains active.
- Data you generate (your workouts, notes, etc.) remains yours. You can export it at any time.
8. Service availability
We do our best to keep Fysis always available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or due to causes outside our control (vendor outages, etc.).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fysis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid Fysis in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time from the app.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
- On account termination, clauses that by their nature must survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you in the app before material changes take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account before they apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to any consumer rights the law grants you in your country of residence.
